Tracking and FAQ

When placing an order, you will receive a confirmation on your tracking number! This does not determine that your package is on the way! (It's a notification that the shipping label is created)

To determine when your package is ACTUALLY on it's way, your tracking should show that the USPS office has SCANNED your package, receiving it! Tracking might not track all the way for international packages, it will ONLY TRACK ONCE IT'S WITHIN YOUR COUNTRY! All I ask is for your patience!

FAQ:

•I placed more than one orders. Is it possible to have all of my orders shipped together and refund the extra shipment costs?

I apologize! All individual orders placed will be shipped individually as placed!

•There seems to be an issue with my order/item..

I apologize for that issue! Please contact me ASAP to resolve that issue! Your satisfaction is my goal!! ^-^)

•I missed my package and it got returned, can you ship it out again?

Yes! However, I can only ship it out one more time, free of costs! If your package is unable to deliver the second time, your order will be immediately refunded, excluding the shipping costs!

•Is it possible to get the order shipped by this date? It's a gift!

Unfortunately, as much as I want to support and comply with your request, there is no guarantee it will be shipped to you by a certain date as promised! I highly suggest planning ahead and placing any order 2 months in advance to be safe!
